How do YOU respond to bad things that happen to you? With resilience or without? This tool will tell you how you tend to respond.
Think about a time in your life that was very hard for you; a time that really dragged you down...or a time that you're still going through that continues to be hard.
Is the time you're thinking about over and in the past? If so, click the blue button below:
If the time you're thinking about is still happening, click the pink button below:
You will be taken to the appropriate Resilience Response test.
Why does it matter which way you respond? Because people who respond with resilience tend to bounce back better when bad things happen; they tend to learn from the bad stuff, and be better prepared for adversity in the future. They tend to be happier, and are more fulfilled in their lives.
Can you learn to respond with resilience? You bet your ass you can. If you're not very resilient, or if you tend to respond in ways that aren't resilient, it can take a lot of work...but you can do it. And it will be worth it.
The first step is to find out how you respond, using the Resilience Response test above. Then after that, you can take the Resilience Scale to find out the strength of your resilient response.
To build your resilience, you can take our Resilience Builder program, which is to be released soon. If you want to know more about the Resilience Builder program, please use the Contact Us page (see menu at the top of this page) to let us know. We will be sure to include you in the mailing.
This is an essential tool if you want to properly administer the Resilience Scale and accurately interpret your results.
In the newly-revised Version 3.2, you get:
