We ship the Resilience Scale User’s Guide from Montana, USA. We try our best to ship your User's Guide to you within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you use PayPal (they take credit cards). Standard Shipping: orders to US addresses take 3 - 5 working days; most international addresses* take only 8 - 10 working days.
